Location: Onsite in 11th Floor, Tower-1, Artha SEZ, Plot No-21
Tech Zone-IV, Greater Noida – 201 306, Uttar Pradesh, INDIA
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: US Shift - 9 AM to 6 PM EST – No Remote or Hybrid - Onsite M-F
Experience: 2-6 years in US Staffing - Engineering Recruitment required
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with engineering talent across various domains (mechanical, electrical, civil, software, etc.) for clients based in the United States. A strong understanding of technical job requirements and the US hiring landscape is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for engineering positions (Contract, Contract-to-Hire, Full-time) in the US.
Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, internal database, referrals, and other creative methods.
Review resumes and evaluate candidates for technical and professional suitability.
Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with clients.
Maintain candidate and job activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Negotiate pay rates and close candidates within client budgets and expectations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Ensure compliance with US hiring practices, including work authorization (US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B, TN, etc.).
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly performance goals and KPIs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering recruiting for the US market.
Proven experience with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorizations.
Familiarity with engineering roles (Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Design Engineer, Product Design Engineer, etc.).
Strong sourcing skills using Boolean searches and various job portals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with ATS - Bullhorn
Prior experience with VMS-based client requirements.
Understanding of engineering certifications, tools, and industry terms.
