**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver end-to-end infrastructure and platform support across cloud, virtualization, and observability environments.
- Ensure high availability, security, and reliability of IT operations.

**Must-Have Skills:**
- 7–12 years of IT infrastructure experience, with expertise in Citrix Cloud, AVD, and Microsoft Azure.
- Strong background in Windows Infrastructure and VMware.
- Experience with MFT/FTP services and observability tools like Grafana and Azure Monitor.
**Preferred Skills:**
- Automation and continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
