Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced L2 MFCS Support Engineer with strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle MFCS and the Retail Merchandising domain. The candidate will primarily be responsible for production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution across MFCS applications and processes.
Key Responsibilities
MFCS – 60–70%
Provide L2 production/application support for Oracle MFCS.
Strong knowledge of MFCS Stock Ledger and inventory-related processes.
Good understanding of WAC (Weighted Average Cost) and costing processes.
Support Month-End activities, including monitoring and troubleshooting critical processes.
Provide production support during weekends and month-end activities as required.
Troubleshoot and support Merchandising APIs and related integrations.
Good understanding of POM (Process Orchestration Manager).
Monitor and troubleshoot MFCS Base Jobs and batch processes.
Analyze application logs, job failures, interfaces, and production issues.
Perform root-cause analysis and provide appropriate resolutions.
Prepare RCA/documentation for recurring or critical production issues.
Coordinate with functional, development, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
Ensure incidents are resolved within defined SLA timelines.
