Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Assistant role located in the Koderma district. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team by handling customer inquiries, providing product or service information, and assisting in order processing and documentation. Daily responsibilities include maintaining organized records, preparing basic reports, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth customer experience in person and over phone or digital channels. The role also involves following up with customers, supporting promotional activities, and helping maintain a professional and welcoming environment. The Sales Assistant is expected to work closely with sales staff and management to meet targets and uphold company standards.

Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to engage with customers and build positive relationships.
Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and professionally.
Basic Sales understanding and enthusiasm for supporting sales activities and achieving team goals.
Good Organization Skills to manage records, schedules, and multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing).
Ability to work on-site in Koderma district and collaborate with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in retail, customer-facing, or sales support roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
Minimum educational qualification of high school/secondary education; further education in business or commerce is a plus.
