The ideal candidate must have 5–7 years of hands-on experience specifically in restaurant onboarding, restaurant acquisition, merchant acquisition, food-tech partnerships, or restaurant account management within the online food delivery ecosystem.

Own restaurant acquisition and onboarding targets across assigned territories, zones, and markets.
Identify high-potential restaurants, QSRs, cloud kitchens, local food brands, restaurant chains, and strategic merchant partners.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective restaurant partners.
Conduct regular market mapping and identify restaurants currently missing from Gintaa's portfolio.
Drive both field-based and strategic restaurant acquisition initiatives.
Support Gintaa's expansion into new locations by rapidly developing the restaurant supply base.

Ensure restaurant profiles, menus, pricing, operating hours, images, bank details, tax information, and other required information are accurately captured.
Coordinate internally for account creation and platform configuration.
Ensure onboarding activities are completed within defined turnaround times.
Maintain high onboarding quality and minimize errors that could affect restaurant operations or customer experience.
3. Commercial Negotiation & Partner Conversion
Conduct commercial discussions with restaurant owners, decision-makers, and management teams.
Clearly communicate Gintaa's value proposition and partnership model.
Negotiate commercials and partnership terms within approved company guidelines.
Handle objections and competitive comparisons effectively.
Drive conversion of qualified restaurant leads into active partners.
Maintain transparency in all commercial commitments made to restaurant partners.
4. Restaurant Activation & Go-Live
Own the journey from Lead → Meeting → Agreement → Documentation → Menu Setup → Onboarding → Go-Live → First Order.
Ensure newly onboarded restaurants become operational within the defined activation timeline.
Coordinate with restaurant partners to resolve issues delaying activation.
Track restaurants that have completed onboarding but have not gone live or received orders.
Drive activation and first-order completion for newly onboarded partners.
Ensure restaurant partners understand the operational workflow before going live.

Ensure restaurant menus are accurately represented on the Gintaa platform.
Coordinate menu collection, item categorization, pricing, descriptions, images, availability, add-ons, and customization requirements.
Ensure restaurant information including address, operating hours, cuisines, and contact details is accurate.
Work closely with catalogue/content teams to minimize menu-related errors.
Coordinate with restaurant partners for timely menu updates whenever required.
6. Partner Training & Operational Readiness
Educate newly onboarded restaurant partners on order acceptance and management processes.
Explain platform workflows, restaurant responsibilities, delivery coordination, cancellations, customer issues, and escalation procedures.
Ensure restaurant staff understand how to efficiently manage online orders.
Provide initial operational support during the restaurant's launch phase.
Reduce early-stage operational issues through effective onboarding and training.
7. Restaurant Partner Relationship Management

Act as an escalation point during the initial onboarding and activation period.

Maintain strong awareness of the local restaurant and food delivery ecosystem.
Track competitor restaurant partnerships, market penetration, restaurant offers, and acquisition activities.
