Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based at Rehabi Health’s facility in Thiruvananthapuram. The Physiotherapist will assess patients’ physical conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapies aimed at improving mobility, function, and quality of life. Daily responsibilities include conducting thorough evaluations, documenting clinical findings, monitoring progress, and adjusting treatment as needed. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary team members, educating patients and caregivers on exercises and preventive care, and ensuring safe use of equipment and modalities. The Physiotherapist is also expected to uphold clinical protocols, participate in case discussions, and support continuous improvement in rehabilitation services.
Qualifications
Fresher with Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent recognized qualification).
Valid professional registration or license as required by local regulatory authorities.
Strong clinical assessment and manual therapy skills, including experience with musculoskeletal, neurological, or orthopedic rehabilitation.
Ability to design and implement individualized exercise programs and use therapeutic modalities (e.g., electrotherapy, hydrotherapy) safely and effectively.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams in a compassionate, inclusive manner.
Good documentation and organizational skills, including maintaining accurate patient records and following clinical protocols.
Commitment to evidence-based practice, ongoing professional development, and adherence to ethical and safety standards.
Prior experience in a rehabilitation or clinical setting is an advantage; familiarity with community-based or long-term rehab programs is a plus.
