Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Intern role based in Lucknow. The intern will support day-to-day operations such as assisting with device inspection and quality checks, documenting refurbishment processes, and helping maintain inventory records. Responsibilities may include coordinating with team members on sustainable technology initiatives, collecting and organizing data for reports, and supporting customer communication or basic administrative tasks. The intern will collaborate across departments to understand re-commerce workflows and contribute to process improvements. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-growing, sustainability-focused technology environment.
Qualifications
Foundational technical skills related to smartphones or consumer electronics, including basic device handling, troubleshooting, or quality checking.
Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail in record-keeping, data entry, and process tracking.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities, including clear written and verbal communication and willingness to work in cross-functional teams.
Basic analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn quickly and apply feedback to improve performance.
Interest in sustainability, circular economy concepts, and environmentally responsible technology practices.
Comfort with common digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, online collaboration platforms).
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in a relevant field such as engineering, business, environmental studies, or a related discipline.
Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, manage full-time internship hours, and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced work setting.
