Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Advocate located in Delhi, India. The Associate Advocate will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting legal documents like petitions, contracts, and agreements, representing clients in court hearings, and assisting senior advocates in case preparation. Additional responsibilities include staying updated on relevant legal developments, managing client interactions, and ensuring timely filings and compliance with court procedures.
Qualifications
Strong fundamental knowledge in legal research, legal drafting, and procedural laws
Ability to create structured and concise legal documents, including contracts, petitions, and agreements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent clients effectively in legal proceedings
Experience in working collaboratively with senior advocates and conducting in-depth case analysis
Proficiency in managing court filings and adhering to legal timelines and regulations
At least 1 year of professional experience in the legal field
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution and enrollment with the Bar Council
