Role Description The Wealth Manager role at Mirae Asset Sharekhan is a full-time, on-site position based in Agra. The Wealth Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of clients by assessing their financial goals, risk tolerance, and time horizon, and by recommending suitable investment and insurance solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting financial planning discussions, reviewing and optimizing client portfolios, monitoring market developments, and providing regular performance updates. The role also involves acquiring new clients, maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring regulatory and compliance standards are met, and coordinating with internal teams for seamless execution of transactions and services. The Wealth Manager is expected to maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and participate in training and development activities to stay updated on financial products and market trends.
Qualifications
Strong Financial Planning skills, including goal-based advisory and portfolio construction.
Proficiency in Investment Management and Investments, with the ability to analyze products and markets.
Solid understanding of Finance principles, including risk, return, and asset allocation.
Knowledge of Insurance solutions and their role in comprehensive wealth and risk management.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFP, NISM) are an advantage.
Excellent communication, client relationship management, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work with targets, manage multiple client accounts, and maintain high ethical standards.
Comfort with financial planning tools, CRM systems, and basic data analysis in spreadsheets.
