📍 Location: Chennai
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of AI/ML solutions for enterprise applications
Architect and develop scalable, production-ready AI systems
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members
Drive best practices in AI/ML development and deployment
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and approaches
Technical Requirements:
Extensive experience with AI/ML frameworks and technologies
Strong proficiency in Python and related data science libraries
Deep understanding of Azure cloud platform and services
Experience with large language models and natural language processing
Expertise in API development and integration
Strong knowledge of data security and privacy practices
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and MLOps
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, or related field
Relevant certifications in AI/ML and cloud technologies are nice to have
Soft Skills:
Exceptional leadership and mentoring abilities
Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Project management experience
Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
