About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – LMS & Learning Programs to manage end-to-end learning technology and LMS projects. The ideal candidate should have prior hands-on experience managing LMS implementations, migrations, integrations, course rollouts, learner operations, and/or digital learning programs.
The role requires strong project management skills combined with a good understanding of LMS platforms, eLearning, learning workflows, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end LMS and learning technology projects, from planning and implementation through deployment and ongoing operations.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, content teams, LMS administrators, developers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Manage LMS implementation, configuration, migration, integration, upgrades, and rollout projects.
Plan and track course/content uploads, learner enrolments, assessments, certifications, reporting, and other LMS activities.
Create project plans, timelines, milestones, resource plans, and status reports.
Monitor project scope, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate SCORM/eLearning content deployment and troubleshoot issues related to content compatibility, tracking, completion, and learner access.
Work with technical teams on LMS integrations such as SSO, APIs, HRMS, CRM, reporting platforms, and other learning systems.
Manage client communication, requirements gathering, regular reviews, and project governance.
Track project KPIs, SLAs, quality metrics, and learner/client feedback.
Drive process improvements and identify opportunities to improve LMS operations and learner experience.
Ensure project documentation, SOPs, training materials, and handover documents are maintained.
Required Experience & Skills
5+ years of project management experience, with significant experience in LMS / Learning Technology / eLearning projects.
Prior experience managing at least one or more of:
LMS implementation or migration
LMS administration/operations
Digital learning/eLearning projects
Learning content deployment
LMS integrations
Corporate learning or training programs
Good understanding of LMS platforms and learning technology workflows.
Working knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, assessments, learner tracking, reporting, and course completion.
Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
Excellent planning, documentation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall project management methodologies and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar platforms.
Good to Have
Experience with Microsoft learning ecosystems, Microsoft Learn, partner training, or technical training programs.
Exposure to platforms such as Moodle, Cornerstone, Docebo, SAP SuccessFactors Learning, Canvas, Skillable, or other enterprise LMS platforms.
PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum/Agile certification.
Experience managing global learning programs or enterprise clients.
Understanding of AI-enabled learning, learning analytics, or AI-assisted content development.
