Ecom Operations & Business Growth Executive

This is not just another operations job!
We are building Shop in Shop — a cross-border e-commerce and distribution business connecting India & Bangladesh across FMCG, health & wellness, food, lifestyle and consumer products.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the engine room of the business.
Someone who can make sure an enquiry gets answered, an order gets processed, a product gets listed, the numbers get updated — and, importantly, someone who can spot an opportunity and turn it into business.
If you like doing things rather than just discussing them, this could be interesting.
YOUR DAY AT SHOP IN SHOPKeep the Bangladesh business moving
Receive price & availability enquiries from our Bangladesh sales network, coordinate with suppliers and get quick, accurate responses back to the sales team.
Own the Order-to-Dispatch Journey
Orders can come from Amazon India, Shop in Shop India, Shop in Shop Bangladesh and future marketplaces.
You'll coordinate the complete journey:
Order → Procurement → Inventory → Recording → Packing → Dispatch
Basically, make sure the right product reaches the right customer at the right time.
Keep the Numbers Clean
Update daily purchases and sales in ProfitBooks
Maintain accurate transaction/inventory records
Prepare monthly data for our CA
Help management understand what's selling, what's moving and what's not
Make Products Go Online
Work closely with our Amazon India marketplace agency to ensure products are:
Listed → Priced → Stocked → Updated → Ready to Sell
As we expand to other marketplaces, you'll help make that happen too.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Not necessarily someone with the longest CV.
We are looking for someone with energy, ownership and commercial instinct.
You should be:
Highly organised and dependable
Comfortable working independently
Good with Excel, online platforms and numbers
A clear communicator
Comfortable speaking with suppliers, brands, agents and customers
Curious about e-commerce and FMCG
Willing to get your hands dirty when required
Someone who sees problems and solves them
Someone who naturally thinks: “How can we sell this?”
Experience
1–4 years in e-commerce, FMCG, retail, operations, marketplace management or a similar role would be useful.
But we're more interested in what you can do than how many years you've worked.
