Shop in Shop is a growing e-commerce and distribution business connecting India & Bangladesh, dealing in FMCG, food, health & wellness, beauty and lifestyle products.
We are looking for an E-Commerce Operations Executive to manage our day-to-day online orders and operations.
Your Key Responsibilities
Manage orders from Amazon India, Shop in Shop India & Bangladesh and other platforms.
Coordinate procurement, stock, packing and dispatch.
Handle product price and availability enquiries from our Bangladesh sales team.
Maintain daily purchase, sales and inventory records in ProfitBooks.
Coordinate with our Amazon agency for product listings, pricing and stock updates.
Coordinate with suppliers, courier partners and internal teams.
Prepare monthly data for our CA/accounts team.
Who We Are Looking For
Someone who is:
Organised and responsible
Good with computers, Excel and online platforms
Good at communication and follow-up
Comfortable working in an office + warehouse environment
Able to work independently and solve day-to-day problems
Interested in e-commerce and FMCG
Experience: 1–4 years in e-commerce, marketplace, FMCG, retail or operations preferred. Freshers with the right attitude can also apply.
