🎯 WHAT YOU’LL DO
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
As a Workday Integration Consultant – Associate, you will contribute to the design, development, testing, and delivery of integrations connecting the Workday Cloud platform with external applications across HCM, Financials, and other functional areas.
🔸 Design, develop, test, and support complex Workday Integrations
🔸 Build integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Web Services, XML/XSLT & Cloud Connect
🔸 Participate in technical workstreams across HCM and/or Financials implementations
🔸 Translate business and functional requirements into effective technical solutions
🔸 Contribute across multiple phases of the project implementation lifecycle
🔸 Identify technical risks early and recommend alternative approaches/solutions
🔸 Collaborate with functional consultants, technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership
🔸 Support and mentor junior team members where required
🔸 Maintain high-quality technical documentation and integration designs

🛠️ MUST-HAVE TECHNICAL SKILLS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
✔ Minimum 2 years of hands-on Workday Integration development experience
✔ Hands-on expertise in at least 2 or more of the following:
🔹 Workday Studio
🔹 EIB – Enterprise Interface Builder
🔹 Web Services – REST / SOAP
🔹 XML / XSLT
🔹 Workday Cloud Connect
✔ Demonstrated ability to design, build, test & troubleshoot Workday integrations
✔ Experience with technical workstreams in 2 or more HCM and/or Financials implementations, covering at least two implementation phases
✔ Strong understanding of integration architecture and third-party system connectivity
✔ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
