🎯 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

🔹 Strong experience in Integration and People Leadership roles within technical workstreams
🔹 Experience across 3 or more Workday HCM and/or Financials implementations, covering at least two implementation phases
🔹 HCM / Financials Integration Lead experience is a MUST
🔹 Minimum 4 years of consulting experience
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in a Technical, Business, Financial discipline, or relevant equivalent experience
🔹 Willingness to travel based on business requirements and work extended hours when necessary

⭐ PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

✔ 5+ years of Integration experience covering scope definition, requirements gathering, solution development, troubleshooting, and process improvement
✔ Strong experience in estimation, implementation planning & project management
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects of varying scale and duration
✔ Proven ability to mentor, train and professionally develop team members across technical and project-management areas
✔ Excellent client-facing, written and verbal communication skills
✔ Strong stakeholder management with the ability to build relationships based on trust and collaboration
✔ Excellent time management, prioritization and multitasking abilities
✔ Strong desire to continuously learn new tools, technologies, methodologies and concepts
