Information Technology Operations Support

About the Job
We are looking for an experienced IT Operations Support professional to manage workforce utilization, resource planning, bench management, training & certification tracking, and operational reporting.
This role will work closely with leadership, project managers, HR, and sales teams to ensure effective resource allocation, deliver operational insights, and support seamless assignment of resources to projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Optimize staff utilization, manage bench resources, and align hiring plans with business demand
• Prepare and deliver clear reports to executives on utilization, staffing, and project support
• Drive upskilling initiatives and track employee training and certification status
• Maintain accurate training and certification records
• Share resource availability data with sales and support staffing plans for client requirements
• Assist sales teams with resource-related information for client proposals
• Allocate resources to projects based on skills, availability, and business needs
• Coordinate resource onboarding and assignment with project managers
• Support workforce planning and operational decision-making through accurate data and reporting
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 5-8 years of experience in IT operations or resource management
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and executive presentations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to analyze workforce and resource data and present actionable insights
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in workforce planning and bench management
• Familiarity with HR/resource tracking systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (HR, sales, project management, and leadership)
