About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and confident Outbound Calling Executive to join our Customer Support / Operations team.
The primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to customers for order confirmation, complete address verification, customer availability confirmation, and return request management.
The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and prior experience in outbound calling, telecalling, customer support, order confirmation, or a similar customer-facing role.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers for order confirmation.
Verify the customer's complete delivery address, contact details, and other required information.
Confirm the customer's availability and willingness to receive the order.
Handle and coordinate customer return requests as per company policies.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate information or assistance.
Follow up with customers to complete order confirmation or return-related processes.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer responses, order confirmations, and return requests.
Escalate customer issues, exceptions, or concerns to the relevant team.
Meet daily calling, productivity, and quality targets.
Handle a high volume of outbound calls while maintaining call quality.
Ensure every customer interaction is professional, polite, and courteous.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound calling, telecalling, customer support, order confirmation, or a similar role.
Good English-speaking and communication skills are mandatory.
Confident and comfortable communicating with customers over the phone.
Strong listening and customer-handling skills.
Ability to clearly communicate and accurately verify customer information.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM, order management, or customer support systems.
Ability to work under daily targets and productivity requirements.
Comfortable handling a high volume of customer calls.
Candidates with experience in e-commerce order confirmation and return management will be preferred.
