About the Role
Supervise and manage repair and maintenance work at the project site.
Responsibilities
Billing and Supervise and manage repair and maintenance work at the project site.
Inspect buildings/structures to identify repair and maintenance requirements.
Coordinate with contractors, workers, and vendors for timely completion of work.
Ensure work is carried out according to quality standards and safety guidelines.
Monitor daily site activities and maintain site reports.
Estimate materials required for repair work and manage inventory.
Check quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
Report work progress to the project manager or senior engineer.
Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and safety measures at the site.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
1–5 years of experience in repair and maintenance projects.
Required Skills
Knowledge of construction materials and repair techniques.
Ability to manage site workers and contractors.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and site documentation.
