🚨 WE’RE HIRING | US Customer Support – NIGHT SHIFT 🚨
Are you an experienced US Calling / Telemarketing professional with a strong American accent and confidence in handling US customers? 🇺🇸We’re looking for a US Virtual Assistant to join our growing team on a full-time remote basis.
💼 Position: US Customer Support
📍 Location: Remote
🌙 Shift: Permanent Night Shift – US Business Hours
🕐 Experience: Minimum 2 Years
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time
🔑 What You’ll Do:
• Make high-volume outbound cold calls to US prospects
• Pitch insurance products and business services
• Identify customer needs and qualify leads
• Handle objections and build strong customer rapport
• Schedule appointments and live transfers for senior closers
• Work closely with US management to improve calling strategies and scripts
✅ What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound calling / telemarketing / lead generation
✔️ Proven experience working with US clients or US-based campaigns
✔️ Fluent English with a clear American accent – Mandatory
✔️ Experience in Insurance or Business Services is highly preferred
✔️ Comfortable working permanent night shifts
✔️ Strong communication, active listening & objection-handling skills
✔️ Resilient, target-oriented and comfortable handling rejection
🏠 Remote Work Requirements:
💻 Minimum 50 Mbps high-speed internet
🔋 Power backup🎧 Noise-canceling headset
