Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for identifying, coordinating, and sourcing required vehicles from automobile dealerships and other relevant sources for vehicle photography and 3D scanning projects. The primary responsibility is to build and maintain relationships with car dealerships, coordinate vehicle availability, obtain necessary permissions, and ensure required vehicles are made available to the production team as per project requirements.
Job Description & Duties
Identify and source required vehicle models, variants/trims from retail automobile dealerships via phone, email and in-person.
Establish and maintain vehicle sourcing relationships with dealership managers, sales teams, and other relevant contacts
Monitor vehicle status and availability to coordinate and schedule suitable dates, locations, and timings for photography and 3D scanning.
Obtain and confirm dealership permissions required for vehicle photography and 3D scanning.
Coordinate with multiple dealerships and identify alternative sourcing options when required to meet project timelines.
Maintain and update database of dealerships, contacts, vehicle availability, permissions, and sourcing status.
Work closely with the 3D Scanning, Photography, CGI, and Media Production teams to understand and prioritize vehicle requirements.
Coordinate vehicle access and ensure the required vehicle is available in the agreed condition and location for the production team.
Provide regular sourcing updates and promptly communicate any challenges, delays, or changes to stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of sourced vehicles, dealership confirmations, and project-related activities.
Support the 3D Scanning team during scanning activities when required, including basic vehicle preparation and on-site coordination.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Mandatory / Primary Skills
Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-management skills.
Good knowledge of automobile dealerships and the automotive industry.
Ability to manage multiple vehicle-sourcing requirements independently and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel locally to dealerships and vehicle locations.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, email, and basic reporting tools.
Existing contacts/network with automobile dealerships is an advantage.
Knowledge of car brands, models, variants/trims and body types is preferred.
Basic knowledge or interest in 3D scanning or automotive photography is preferred but not mandatory.

Work arrangement
No
