We are looking for a Creative Designer with a strong eye for aesthetics, visual storytelling, and brand communication. The ideal candidate should be comfortable creating engaging designs across digital and print platforms and be able to transform ideas and briefs into modern, visually appealing creatives.
The role requires a good understanding of branding, typography, composition, and visual identity, along with hands-on experience in industry-standard design software.
Key Responsibilities
Create creative and visually appealing designs for digital and print platforms.
Develop social media creatives, marketing materials, presentations, advertisements, brochures, banners, posters, and other brand collateral.
Translate creative briefs and marketing requirements into effective visual concepts.
Develop creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and communication objectives.
Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, colors, imagery, and overall visual language.
Adapt a single creative concept into multiple sizes and formats for different platforms.
Work closely with the marketing, content, and other internal teams to understand requirements and deliver designs on time.
Handle image manipulation, photo editing, retouching, and compositing as required.
Prepare artwork for both digital publishing and print/event production.
Ensure final designs are technically accurate and production-ready.
Stay updated with current design trends, visual styles, and creative techniques.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Essential Software Skills
Adobe Photoshop – Updated / Proficient
Adobe Illustrator – Updated / Proficient
Adobe InDesign – Good to Have
CorelDRAW – Good to Have, especially for print and event production
Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro – Added Advantage
Creative Skills
Strong understanding of layout and composition
Good knowledge of color theory
Strong typography skills
Proficiency in image manipulation and retouching
Creative concept development
Ability to create modern and visually appealing designs
Strong understanding of branding and visual identity
Ability to adapt one creative concept across multiple formats and platforms
Good understanding of visual hierarchy and design principles
