The Creatives Bench is a boutique creative recruitment agency based in Hyderabad. We are currently hiring on behalf of a Hyderabad-based agency looking for a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join their team. All applications and initial hiring stages will be managed directly by The Creatives Bench.
Company Description A 360-degree agency based in Hyderabad. This is a full-service outfit built around video, branding, and digital, with a young, hands-on team and a client roster spanning real estate, food and beverage, e-commerce, retail and more. Video sits at the center of how they tell a brand's story, from social content to drone footage to full ad films, and the studio treats every deliverable as a chance to prove the work translates into results, not just a good-looking reel.
YOUR DAY-TO- DAY:
• Design across a 70:30 split of social content and branding work, moving between fast-paced social assets and slower, considered identity projects in the same week.
• Build brand identities from the ground up, working through logo systems, colour, typography and visual language rather than picking a template and calling it done.
• Show your design process. We want to see the thinking behind the final file, not just the final file.
• Bring storytelling and concept-led thinking to every brief. The kind of design that starts with an idea, not a mood board.
• Design across F&B and lifestyle clients, adapting your visual language to brands that need to feel appetising one day and aspirational the next.
• Use AI tools like Midjourney and Higgsfield as part of your process, not as a shortcut for it. AI-assisted work should sit under 10-20% of your output.
• Get hands-on with typography, treating it as a design decision, not an afterthought.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• 1 to 3 years of experience as a graphic designer, ideally across both social content and brand identity work.
• Strong fundamentals in brand identity design, logo systems, colour theory, grid systems and visual language that hold together across touchpoints.
• Real expertise in typography. You know your kerning from your tracking, and you treat type as a core design tool, not decoration.
• A concept-first approach to design. You can walk us through the idea behind a layout, not just the layout itself.
• Working knowledge of the Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) as your daily tools. After Effects and motion design experience is a strong bonus.
• An eye for what makes design feel new. Not trend-chasing, but genuinely current visual thinking.
• A process you can show. Sketches, references, iterations, the thinking that got you to the final file.
