The Creatives Bench is a boutique creative recruitment agency based in Hyderabad. We are currently hiring on behalf of a Hyderabad-based agency looking for a talented Brand Strategist / Copywriter to join their team. All applications and initial hiring stages will be managed directly by The Creatives Bench.
This is a growing, women-owned agency working across branding, content creation, social media and websites. The client roster leans premium and culture-rich, jewellery houses, textiles, and brands where craft and heritage are part of the story, not just the selling point. You'll be working alongside a team that treats every account as its own world to build, not a template to repeat.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
•Understanding the craft, history, and material behind a brand before you write a single word about it.
•Working out how to talk about heritage and legacy without sounding dated, and how to talk about luxury without sounding generic.
•Sitting in strategy sessions from the start, not getting the summary afterward.
•Writing across every format a brand touches, from lookbooks to social to web to campaign, so a piece of jewellery or a length of handwoven textile sounds as considered on a product page as it does in a brand film.
•Partnering closely with designers so words and visuals get built as a single idea, especially where visual craft is doing a lot of the storytelling already.
•Turning brand strategy into the specific language a client would actually use, including the things a brand would never say about itself.
•Watching how culture, fashion, and consumer taste are shifting, and bringing that perspective into the room before anyone asks for it.
•Editing your own and others' work so what ships is clean, considered, and worthy of the craft it's describing.
•Keeping several client worlds and strategies straight at once, with zero bleed between them.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
•2–4 years in a role that combined strategy and copywriting, at an agency (advertising, branding, or digital).
•Writing that doesn't need a second editor. Grammar and structure that are already tight. A natural feel for premium and heritage tone.
•You can write with restraint and make it feel expensive without ever reaching for a cliché.
•The ability to shift registers convincingly, since even within a luxury and lifestyle roster, a jewellery house and a textile brand won't sound the same.
•A real read on what performs across social and digital, not just what looks polished.
•The mental bandwidth to hold multiple client worlds without losing the thread on any of them.
(MOST IMPORTANTLY) YOU’RE OUR PERSON IF:
•You move easily between big-picture positioning and a sharp headline.
•You understand that luxury copy often works because of what it leaves out, not what it adds in.
•You can carry a strategy deck, a live campaign, and multiple client tones in the same week.
•You can defend the thinking behind your work, not just show the finished line.
•Feedback makes you sharper instead of defensive.
•You use AI to speed up your process, never to shortcut the thinking itself.
