We are seeking a skilled Technical Content Writer with hands-on knowledge of cloud technologies and excellent writing skills. The ideal candidate should be able to create high-quality technical content, blogs, documentation, whitepapers, case studies, website copy, and marketing assets related to cloud computing, DevOps, cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities
Create technical blogs, articles, guides, and whitepapers on cloud technologies.
Develop content around AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) AI/ML, cloud security and Salesforce.
Write product documentation, knowledge base articles, technical manuals, FAQs, and release notes.
Collaborate with Cloud Architects, DevOps Engineers, and Product teams to produce accurate technical content.
Convert complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and user-friendly content.
Create case studies, customer success stories, and solution briefs.
Optimize content for SEO and digital marketing.
Research emerging cloud technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
Ensure consistency in tone, style, branding, and technical accuracy across all content.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Knowledge of cloud architecture, virtualization, networking, storage, and security.
Familiarity with DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code.
Excellent technical writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Strong research and analytical abilities.
Basic understanding of SEO principles for technical content.
Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence, Notion, or Git-based documentation platforms is an added advantage.
Ability to work with cross-functional technical teams.
