Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CA – Finance role based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing accounting operations, overseeing preparation and analysis of financial statements, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The CA – Finance professional will handle budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting to support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities include monitoring internal controls, conducting variance analysis, and providing financial insights to cross-functional teams. The role also requires collaboration with stakeholders, auditors, and leadership to maintain accurate financial records and support business growth.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Accounting and Finance skills, including knowledge of taxation and regulatory compliance.
1-3 years of experience in finance.
Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements, reporting, and financial analysis.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with relevant post-qualification experience in FMCG or consumer-focused businesses is preferred.
Proficiency in financial ERP systems and advanced Excel skills will be beneficial.
Ability to work with detail and accuracy, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
