Key Responsibilities
· Handle day-to-day sales operations and ensure achievement of sales targets.
· Drive showroom sales and customer conversions.
· Coordinate with the sales team to generate leads and improve conversion rates.
· Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and overall targets.
· Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements
· 7–8 years of relevant experience in the automobile industry.
· Strong knowledge of sales processes and customer handling.
· Strong leadership, team management, and negotiation skills.
· Candidates with experience in four-wheeler/two-wheeler/EV sales will be preferred.
