Role Description
The 3D Visualizer will work full time on-site at Akasa Coworking in Noida, India.
Create 3D models, Rendered layouts, and realistic renders for coworking and commercial interior projects.
Develop 3D concepts for reception areas, cabins, workstations, meeting rooms, lounges, cafeterias, and common areas.
Understand client requirements and convert them into practical 3D design concepts.
Should have good lighting skills, material and textures detailing.
Coordinate with the designer manager on 3D concepts.
Make design modifications based on client and management feedback.
Maintain 3D design standards.
Required Software Skills
AutoCAD
SketchUp
3ds Max / V-Ray / Corona
Lumion / Enscape / D5 Render will be an advantage
Adobe Photoshop
MS Office
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant experience in commercial interiors, office interiors, coworking spaces, or workspace design.
Strong understanding of interior materials.
Good knowledge of Modelling of furniture, lighting, finishes.
Strong visualisation and presentation skills.
Creative approach with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.
