✨ We’re Hiring | Beauty Advisor | Sr. Beauty Advisor | Store Manager
KIMIRICA, a luxury D2C personal care and lifestyle brand, is expanding its retail presence and looking for passionate retail professionals to join our new Exclusive Brand Outlet (EBO) at Vista Square, Gurugram.

About the Role
We are looking for customer-focused professionals who can deliver a premium in-store experience, understand customer needs, recommend the right products and contribute to sales and customer relationship building while maintaining KIMIRICA’s luxury retail standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver a warm, personalised and premium customer experience
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases
• Maintain high standards of grooming, product knowledge and store presentation
• Support billing, inventory and day-to-day store operations
For Sr. Beauty Advisor
• Support the Store Manager in daily store operations and team coordination
• Guide team members on product knowledge, customer handling and selling
• Support achievement of store sales and customer experience goals
For Store Manager
• Manage day-to-day store operations and overall team performance
• Drive store sales targets and business objectives
• Lead the team on customer experience, sales and product knowledge
• Monitor inventory, visual merchandising and store processes
• Handle customer escalations and ensure service standards are maintained
• Coach and motivate the team to improve sales and customer engagement
What We’re Looking For
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills
• Fluency in English is mandatory for the Vista Square location
• Confident, well-groomed and customer-focused
• Passion for sales, beauty, fragrance, personal care or luxury retail
• Experience in beauty, skincare, fragrance, personal care, lifestyle, premium or luxury retail will be preferred
• Prior team-handling and store management experience preferred for the Store Manager role
• Candidates based in Gurugram / Delhi NCR will be preferred
