Role Description
The Beauty Consultant – SIS Counter will be responsible for providing personalized product recommendations and beauty consultations to customers at Kimirica’s store-in-store (SIS) counter in Jaipur. This full-time, on-site role includes greeting customers, understanding their skincare and self-care needs, demonstrating products, and explaining benefits and usage to support an exceptional shopping experience. The Beauty Consultant will drive retail sales by promoting key product ranges, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring the counter is well-stocked and organized. Daily tasks also include building lasting customer relationships, handling queries and feedback, and supporting promotional activities and in-store events. The role involves collaborating with the store team to meet sales targets and uphold Kimirica’s brand values of wellness, ethics, and sustainability.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in cosmetology or beauty care, with the ability to offer basic skin care consultations and routine guidance.
In-depth product knowledge across skincare, bath and body, and wellness, with the ability to explain ingredients, benefits, and usage clearly.
Excellent customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Experience in retail sales, preferably in beauty, skincare, or lifestyle products, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Good communication skills in English and local languages, with a professional, polished presentation and interpersonal style.
Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, including weekends and retail peak hours, and collaborate effectively with store and brand teams.
Prior experience as a beauty advisor, consultant, or in a similar role in retail or hospitality is an advantage.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems; formal training or certification in cosmetology or skincare is a plus.
