Senior Quality Executive- Investment Casting

Key Responsibilities:
* Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements to ensure product compliance.
* Lead incoming, in-process, and final inspections and monitor manufacturing processes to identify and prevent quality issues.
* Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA, 8D, and corrective actions for internal and customer quality concerns.
* Maintain and improve the QMS/ISO 9001 documentation and support internal, external, and customer audits.
* Analyze quality data, monitor KPIs, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce rejection, rework, scrap, and customer complaints.
* Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Purchase, Suppliers, and other cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues effectively.
* Guide junior quality team members and ensure compliance with company, customer, regulatory, and industry quality standards.
