Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Automation Engineer to join our team in developing PLC-based automation logic and HMI systems for bio-renewable applications. The role involves programming, testing, debugging, and commissioning automation systems, as well as providing support for documentation and teamwork. Candidates should have a strong interest in industrial automation, with the ability to learn and grow on the job.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Customer-Centric Approach
● Understand customer requirements for PLC and automation systems. 2. PLC System Development
● Assist in designing and developing PLC programs for reactor automation and related applications.
3. System Testing and Commissioning

● Support the testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of PLC and HMI systems to ensure proper operation.
4. Communication Protocol Configuration
● Learn and help configure various communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Profibus, CC-Link, RS-485, Modbus) for seamless integration with third-party systems.
5. Sensor Integration
● Program and configure analog and digital sensors within PLC systems.
6. Documentation
● Prepare and maintain project documentation, such as functional design specifications, wiring diagrams, and operation manuals.
7. Team Collaboration
● Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and knowledge sharing.
8. R&D Support
● Assist in developing closed-loop automation solutions with HMI and IoT capabilities to support the company’s research and development projects.
Good to have:
Worked on the Siemens PLC Platform and Siemens TIA Portal.
Worked on Industrial IoT.
Basic knowledge of electrochemistry, Renewable Energy, and Green Hydrogen.
