We are hiring for one of our Insurance Broking client based in Bangalore.
Role: Chief Business Officer (CBO)
Reporting to: MD
Location: Bangalore
Experience -12+ years of experience in General Insurance / Insurance Broking / Corporate Insurance.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive business strategy, growth and overall P&L
• Build and expand the Corporate Insurance & Risk Advisory portfolio
• Develop CXO/CFO-level relationships and acquire key corporate accounts
• Drive new business, renewals, cross-sell and revenue growth
• Build strong relationships with insurers, underwriters and industry stakeholders
• Lead complex corporate insurance and risk solution placements
• Build, mentor and lead broking, operations and client-servicing teams
• Strengthen processes, governance, compliance and service standards
• Identify opportunities across Commercial Insurance, Employee Benefits and emerging risks
Ideal Profile
✔️ Strong corporate client relationships and proven business-development track record
✔️ Experience in revenue ownership, P& L management and team leadership
✔️ Strong understanding of corporate risk and the insurer ecosystem
✔️ Bengaluru experience preferred
✔️ Entrepreneurial and commercially driven mindset with the ability to build and scale a business
