Network & Telephony Engineer / Cisco - USA

Join the US Network & Telephony team of a large financial multinational company
Responsibilities
• Execute & coordinate Cisco infrastructure patching cycles across network and telephony platforms,
• Manage and resolve daily incidents across Cisco network, telephony, and legacy call recording platforms
• Produce and maintain recurring company’s reporting on incident, change, and infrastructure health metrics.
• Support the Cisco-to-Content Guru telephony transition, including maintenance verification and knowledge transfer for legacy call recording platforms.
Requirements:
· 7+ years of experience in Cisco network infrastructure (routing, switching, patching))
• 5+ years of experience in Cisco telephony / legacy call recording platform, including change testing and maintenance verification.
· 4+ years of experience with incident and change management (ITIL)
· 3+ years working for a large corporation
ENGLISH – ADVANCED (Professional) or FLUENT
Preferred
· 1+ year of experience Content Guru migration
· Cisco certification (CCNP/CCIE)
