Join the US Program Management team of a large financial multinational company
Responsibilities
· Leading business-facing and technology initiatives in a global environment
· Combining Project Manager, Delivery Manager, and Scrum Master responsibilities, depending on the initiative (Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery models)
· Strong ownership of delivery fundamentals: Scope, Schedule, Financials, , Stakeholder Communication, Production Change Resources, Risks, Dependencies and Release Management
Requirements:
· 7+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Program Manager
· 2+ years of experience as Scrum Master (Scrum & Kanban).
· 3+ years of experience with SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) / Technology Delivery
· 3+ years’ working ifor international projects
· 5+ years of working with Jira / ServiceNow / Project Server
ENGLISH – ADVANCED (Professional) or FLUENT (obrigatório!!!)
Preferred
· 3+ years working for financial companies
· PMP/ PMI / Scrum Master / SAFe Cerification)
