Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor role based in Gurugram. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), conducting detailed cost estimates, and supporting cost planning throughout the project lifecycle. The role includes monitoring project costs, tracking variations, and preparing periodic cost reports to support decision-making and maintain budgetary control. The individual will collaborate with project managers, design teams, and contractors, participate in tender evaluations, and assist in contract administration and commercial risk management. The Quantity Surveyor will also contribute to value engineering, ensure compliance with relevant standards and client requirements, and support continuous improvement in cost management processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in cost control and cost management to maintain project budgets and financial performance.
Candidate must have 2+years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or billing
Candidates should possess skills in BOQ preparation and cost planning to support accurate estimating and pre-contract services.
Candidates should possess skills in cost reporting to deliver clear, timely financial updates and support project decision-making.
Relevant degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Experience in property, construction, or infrastructure projects, preferably with exposure to Indian market practices and standards.
Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying or cost management software tools.
Strong analytical, numerical, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
