Kidology is looking for a strong Quick Commerce / E-commerce professional who can own the business end-to-end—not just manage accounts or execute tasks.

This is a full-stack business ownership role where you will be responsible for driving topline growth while protecting contribution margins across key quick-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end P&L for the Quick Commerce business.
Drive revenue, GMV, growth, profitability and contribution margins across platforms.
Manage budgets and spends, including planning, allocation and optimization to achieve business targets.
Own pricing, promotions, discounts and margin strategy.
Manage platform relationships and business performance across Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Flipkart Minutes, BigBasket and Amazon Now.
Drive fill rates, inventory availability, stock cover and supply-chain performance to minimize lost sales.
Own catalog, assortment, visibility and conversion to improve overall platform performance.
Track platform-level metrics and identify opportunities through Excel-based analysis and business reporting.
Build and execute growth plans based on sales, margin, inventory, customer and platform-level data.
Lead and manage a team, ensuring clear ownership, performance tracking and execution.
Coordinate with internal teams such as supply chain, finance, marketing, warehouse and operations to deliver business targets.
Take independent business decisions based on data and market insights.
What We’re Looking For
4–5 years of experience in Quick Commerce / E-commerce, preferably in a business ownership, AM/KAM or P&L role.
Hands-on experience with Blinkit, Zepto or Swiggy Instamart is strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of P&L, budgets, pricing, margins and business growth.
Experience in handling budgets and managing a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; advanced Excel is a must.
Ability to convert data into actionable business decisions.
Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
High ownership mindset—you take decisions, solve problems and own outcomes rather than simply follow processes.
