AI Platform Technical Program Lead

Role Summary
Lead the delivery of an enterprise platform that integrates, governs, and monitors AI agents developed by multiple teams. This role combines technical program management, solution architecture, and cross-functional delivery leadership.
Responsibilities
Own the platform delivery roadmap, priorities, risks, and dependencies.
Coordinate engineering, DevOps, security, compliance, business, and vendor teams.
Translate business needs into technical requirements and delivery plans.
Guide the onboarding and integration of AI agents onto the platform.
Review solution designs and challenge architectural or operational risks.
Establish standards for source control, CI/CD, testing, releases, monitoring, and support.
Define production-readiness criteria, including documentation, security, testing, ownership, and rollback.
Maintain clear decisions, implementation guidance, risks, and operational runbooks.
Communicate technical issues and recommendations to leadership and delivery teams.
Required Background
8+ years in technical program management, solution architecture, platform delivery, or enterprise integration.
Strong experience with Microsoft Azure architecture and services, including identity and access, application hosting, messaging, storage, databases, monitoring, and networking.
Experience delivering generative AI or AI-agent solutions using Azure AI services.
Understanding of APIs, Git, CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, release management, telemetry, and production support.
Experience coordinating engineering teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
Strong technical judgment, documentation, communication, and risk-management skills.
Experience in a regulated enterprise environment is preferred.
Ideal Candidate
A delivery leader with enough technical depth to challenge engineering decisions, connect multiple teams, and move AI solutions from proof of concept into secure and supportable production use. Experience with SAP S/4HANA delivery and integration, particularly SAP BTP Integration Suite, APIs, RICEFW artifacts, Clean Core principles, and supply-chain processes, is strongly preferred.
