Role Overview
As an SAP Project Manager at AiFA Labs, you will play a pivotal leadership role in planning, executing, and delivering SAP transformation and modernization engagements. You will work with cross-functional teams — including technical architects, SAP consultants, engineers, and client stakeholders — to ensure successful delivery of SAP solutions that leverage AI-enabled platforms and digital enablers.
This role requires a strong blend of SAP domain expertise, project leadership acumen, and the ability to coordinate complex technical programs in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end SAP project delivery, from planning and requirements capture through execution, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Partner with internal stakeholders and clients to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate and mentor cross-functional teams including SAP functional/technical consultants, AI integration specialists, and delivery partners.
Drive project governance including status reporting, risk management, issue resolution, and escalations.
Ensure projects adhere to quality standards, compliance practices, and AiFA Labs’ delivery methodologies.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and communication with clients to align expectations and outcomes.
Monitor and optimize resource utilization and delivery efficiencies.
Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery frameworks, tools, and practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience managing SAP projects or SAP-centric digital transformation programs (typically 8+ years preferred).
Deep understanding of SAP modules, implementation lifecycles, and integration approaches.
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams.
Solid grasp of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables effectively.
