Sales Operations Coordinator

We’re Hiring: Sales Operations Coordinator & Analyst
Visa Master Canada (VMC) is looking for an experienced Sales Operations Coordinator & Analyst to work closely with our sales, marketing, and operations teams.
This is a remote position for someone who is highly organized, analytical, data-driven, and extremely strong at follow-up.
You will act as the coordination and analytics link between Marketing → Sales → CRM → Operations.
Compensation:
₹6,00,000 – ₹10,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and capability
Annual performance-based bonus
Location: Remote
Experience: 3–5 Years
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and track leads across the complete sales funnel
• Follow up with sales team members for lead status, pending actions, and CRM updates
• Ensure every lead has the correct status, notes, source, and next follow-up date
• Identify unattended, stale, or overdue leads
• Track conversions, lost leads, pending leads, and follow-up ratios
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Analyze campaign performance and identify which campaigns are generating quality leads and conversions
• Analyze salesperson-wise, campaign-wise, source-wise, and service-wise performance
• Identify sales funnel gaps and conversion trends
• Ensure converted clients are properly handed over from Sales to the Operations/Case Processing team
• Follow up on pending handovers and incomplete client information
• Maintain CRM discipline and data accuracy across the sales team
• Highlight performance issues, process gaps, and opportunities to management
Who We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Management, Analytics, or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Sales Coordination, CRM Management, Sales Analytics, or Business Analysis
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Good understanding of CRM systems and sales funnels
• Strong reporting and analytical skills
• Excellent coordination and follow-up ability
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong attention to detail and process discipline
• Experience with Zoho CRM / Zoho One will be an advantage
This role is ideal for someone who doesn’t just prepare reports, but can look at the numbers and identify:
“Why are these leads not converting?”
“Which campaign is actually working?”
“Why are these leads still pending?”
“Which salesperson has overdue follow-ups?”
“Has every converted client been properly handed over to operations?”
