Founder’s Office Associate — Strategy & Execution

We’re hiring for our Founder’s Office core team at Healthocare Private Limited, a software and IT company based in Hyderabad.
You’ll work directly with us across strategy, operations, growth, partnerships and special projects—turning decisions into action and taking work through to completion.
We want people who:
• Take initiative without waiting for every instruction.
• Own outcomes, not just assigned tasks.
• Share progress, flag blockers early and close the loop without being chased.
• Bring energy, sound judgment and practical solutions.
• Stay accountable when priorities shift or the path isn’t obvious.
Ownership doesn’t mean doing everything alone. It means knowing when to act, when to ask and when to bring others in.
This opportunity is for people who want hands-on responsibility and a direct role in building the company alongside its founders.
