QA Automation Technical Lead
Location: Reston, VA/Fairfax, VA – Remote
Type: Contract
Minimum Experience: 11-12+ years
Key Requirements
Hands-on QA Automation Technical Lead experience.
Strong programming skills in Java and Python.
Strong SQL and database testing knowledge.
Experience with API testing and automation frameworks.
Experience testing microservices and cloud applications.
Strong AWS experience.
CI/CD experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
Experience with functional, regression, integration, E2E, and performance testing.
Knowledge of AI/GenAI for software testing.
Ability to lead, mentor, perform code reviews, and define automation strategy.
Experience with QA metrics, quality gates, and process improvement.
Must-Have Skills
Java | Python | SQL | API Testing | Automation | AWS | CI/CD | Jenkins | Database | Microservices | GenAI Testing | QA Leadership
