Workday Enterprise Architect (Workday PATT)
Location: Miami, FL – Remote
Job Summary
STRAVEXA is seeking an experienced Workday Enterprise Architect with strong Workday PATT (Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking) expertise to lead functional design, configuration, data conversion, testing, and deployment activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Workday PATT implementation experience, strong payroll domain knowledge, and the ability to work directly with business stakeholders and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Translate business requirements into scalable Workday functional designs across Payroll, Absence Management, and Time Tracking.
Configure and support Workday PATT solutions based on business requirements.
Assist with data cleansing, mapping, conversion, and migration of legacy payroll, time, and absence data.
Develop test scenarios and execute unit testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Collaborate with Core HCM, Finance, HR, and Payroll teams to ensure accurate data flow and integration.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide post-go-live support.
Support Workday releases, enhancements, and configuration optimization.
Develop training materials, process documentation, and user guidance.
Provide functional guidance and advise stakeholders on Workday best practices and change management.
Required Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Workday PATT (Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking).
End-to-end Workday implementation and configuration experience.
Deep understanding of US and/or Global Payroll, tax compliance, leave policies, and timekeeping regulations.
Active Workday certification in one or more of the following:
Workday Payroll
Workday Absence Management
Workday Time Tracking
Strong experience with Workday reporting, retroactive calculations, payroll adjustments, and complex payroll/tax requirements.
Excellent client-facing, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to advise business leaders and executives on Workday solutions and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working across multiple Workday functional areas.
Experience with complex global payroll and time/absence implementations.
Strong experience supporting Workday post-production, releases, and optimization initiatives.
