Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics & Operations Associate to manage our end-to-end logistics workflow, client order coordination, and stock management. The ideal candidate will be organized, comfortable working with courier portals and spreadsheets, and capable of ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics Management (DTDC Portal)
Manage daily shipment tracking through the DTDC portal
Handle RTO (Return to Origin) calls and coordinate resolution with courier/clients
Monitor and update delivery status regularly
Follow up on delayed or undelivered shipments
Order Management
Confirm orders received from clients
Share confirmed orders with the operations team promptly and accurately
Ensure timely dispatch of all orders as per schedule
Coordinate with internal teams to avoid delays or errors in order processing
Inventory & Stock Management
Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock
Update stock registers (manual) as well as Excel-based inventory sheets
Conduct periodic stock reconciliation and flag discrepancies
Ensure stock levels are updated in real-time to support order fulfillment
Requirements
Prior experience in logistics, dispatch, or operations coordination preferred
Familiarity with courier/shipping portals (DTDC experience is a plus)
Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, data entry, tracking sheets)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills for coordinating with clients and internal teams
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business preferred)
0–2 years of experience in logistics/operations/supply chain
