Salary: 20K - 30K fixed + Incentives
We are looking for a confident Sales Executive who can convert enquiries into admissions and bookings for Cast & Craft Academy programmes and Crafting Memories’ B2C casting services.
Experience: 2-5yrs Of Sales Experience / College Graduate
Key Responsibilities-
Contact and qualify leads received through advertisements, social media and referrals.
Counsel prospects about academy programmes, workshops and casting services.
Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable offering.
Conduct structured follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp and CRM.
Convert leads into academy enrolments, consultations and casting bookings.
Explain programme benefits, pricing, payment plans and service processes.
Schedule studio visits, home consultations and casting appointments.
Maintain accurate lead status, follow-up dates and payment details.
Coordinate with operations, trainers and casting teams after conversion.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Support upselling and repeat-sales opportunities.
Collect customer feedback and maintain a professional client relationship.
KPIs-Inbound Calling, Customer Handling, Outbound Calling , Entry Level Sales
We Are Looking For-
Strong communication, counselling and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with calling, follow-ups and target-oriented work.
Ability to communicate confidently in Hindi and English.
Experience in education, training, luxury services or consultative sales is preferred.
Working knowledge of CRM, Google Sheets and WhatsApp-based selling.
Energetic, disciplined and focused on conversions.
