Role Description The Senior Vice President Marketing role at DigiMantra is a full-time, on-site position based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. This role leads the global marketing strategy, defining brand positioning, go-to-market plans, and integrated campaigns that support revenue growth and market expansion. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing market planning and segmentation, guiding market research initiatives, and aligning marketing programs with sales and product teams. The SVP Marketing will manage and mentor a cross-functional marketing team, drive digital and traditional marketing activities, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels and regions. This person will also develop executive-level communications, support public relations efforts, and regularly analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing investments and demonstrate impact.
Qualifications
Strong strategic marketing leadership with skills in Marketing Management and Marketing.
Expertise in Market Planning and Market Research to inform data-driven decisions and go-to-market strategies.
Capability in Public Relations, including brand communication, media engagement, and reputation management.
Proven experience in senior marketing roles within technology, SaaS, or digital services organizations.
Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing, diverse teams across functions and geographies.
Hands-on experience with digital marketing, demand generation, and marketing analytics tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including working with executive leadership.
Track record of driving brand growth, pipeline generation, and measurable business outcomes.
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Familiarity with enterprise technology ecosystems (e.g., Microsoft, Salesforce, SAP) is a strong advantage.
