ERPNext Functional Consultant

The candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions:
ERP Consulting and Implementation:
Conduct client discussions to understand business processes and gather requirements.
Map business processes to standard ERPNext modules and recommend best practices.
Configure ERPNext based on business requirements.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), user training, and go-live support.
Functional Solution Design:
Design workflows, approval processes, user roles, permissions, and reporting structures.
Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), process documentation, and implementation plans.
Recommend process improvements using ERPNext capabilities.
Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on ERPNext/Frappe implementation experience.
Module Expertise:
Strong implementation experience in: Accounting, Inventory, Buying / Procurement, Selling.
Experience with Manufacturing, HRMS, CRM, Projects, or Asset Management modules will be an added advantage.
Functional Expertise:
Strong understanding of Accounting, Inventory, Procurement, and Selling modules.
Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
Excellent documentation and process mapping skills.
Client Communication:
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing implementation experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Certification:
ERPNext Certification is preferred.
If not already certified, willingness to complete ERPNext Certification within 6 months of joining (company-sponsored).
