Key job responsibilities
Understand Amazon systems, tools, processes and setup mechanisms for process adherence with external sellers and vendors
Collaborate with internal teams, sellers and FC teams to streamline inbound process
Track key metrics to identify issues and work with the respective teams to drive suitable solutions
Prepare deep-dive reports and analyze data for auditing inputs and driving timely actions with key stakeholders.
Proactively preparing for events for ensuring best in class inventory readiness and speed for key events.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for delivering high quality products to customers. This candidate will possess amazing partner management skills, project management skills, strong analytical skills, a high degree of ownership and integrity, a high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and be a great team player.
Basic Qualifications
1+ years of customer service experience
Speak, write, and read fluently in English
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
Experience in payments or e-commerce
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
