Your Role as Co-Founder & Head of Editorial
You won’t inherit a newsroom. You will build one.
Key Responsibilities
Architect the Editorial Vision
Define TheSocialTalks’ editorial philosophy, tone, and long-term content strategy from the ground up.
Build & Lead the Newsroom
Recruit, mentor, and guide a diverse, global network of journalists, editors, and contributors working remotely.
Uphold Editorial Integrity
Ensure the highest standards of ethics, accuracy, and independence across all reporting.
Drive Impactful Storytelling
Oversee in-depth narratives that question the status quo, add context to breaking issues, and engage a serious, modern audience.
Shape the Platform’s Identity
Work closely with the founding team to align editorial direction with platform growth, credibility, and public trust.
