Codezen Technology is an early-stage technology company with a production-ready digital product across web and mobile. We are now looking for a business-focused Co-Founder to lead Sales, Marketing, Growth, Partnerships, and Go-To-Market.
What You’ll Own
• Sales strategy, lead generation & customer acquisition
• Marketing, branding & digital campaigns
• Business development & strategic partnerships
• Go-to-market and growth strategy
• Customer relationships, sales pipeline & conversions
Who We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, growth, or entrepreneurship
• Proven ability to generate leads and close customers
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong execution ability
• Comfortable working in an early-stage startup
• Experience with technology/SaaS/startups is a plus
This is not a traditional job. We’re looking for someone who wants to build the business, take ownership, and grow with the company.
