Role Description The Vice President of Products at Fintech Future is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across the organization. This role oversees end-to-end product lifecycles, from discovery and prioritization through development, launch, and optimization, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. The Vice President of Products partners closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations to deliver innovative fintech solutions, set clear product objectives, and measure performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading product teams, making data-informed decisions, reviewing product performance metrics, guiding market and customer research, and communicating product plans to stakeholders. The role also involves mentoring product managers, refining product processes, and championing a culture of experimentation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Strong experience in Product Strategy and Product Management, with a track record of owning product vision and roadmaps in a technology or fintech environment.
Proficiency in Product Development, including managing full product lifecycles and collaborating with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality releases.
Advanced Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, define KPIs, conduct market and user analysis, and make evidence-based decisions.
Demonstrated Cross-functional Team Leadership, including leading and influencing diverse teams, aligning stakeholders, and driving execution in a remote setting.
Extensive leadership experience in senior product roles, preferably at the director or VP level.
Deep understanding of fintech products, market trends, regulatory considerations, and customer needs.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or similar) is beneficial.
Experience building and scaling product organizations, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
